Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information T3RRA LTD (“T3RRA”) collects when you visit t3rra.co or interact with us by email or form submission, how we use that information, how long we retain it, and the rights you have with respect to it. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

1. Information we collect

We collect two categories of information.

(a) Information you give us directly. When you submit a form on the site (mandate inquiry, contact form, research inquiry, press inquiry, investor relations inquiry) you may provide us your name, organization, email address, country, role, and the content of your message. When you email one of the published T3RRA inboxes, we receive whatever information you include in that email.

(b) Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, our hosting provider and any analytics tool we use automatically receives basic technical information — IP address, user-agent string, referring page, requested page, and timestamp — which is standard for any web request. We operate a privacy-respecting analytics configuration that does not use cross-site tracking cookies or sell data to third parties.

2. Why we use it

We use the information we collect to (a) respond to your inquiries and manage our relationship with you, (b) operate, secure, and improve the site, (c) comply with legal obligations, and (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of T3RRA, our users, and the public.

3. Legal bases (if you are in the EEA or UK)

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases: (a) consent, for any optional cookies or analytics that require it; (b) legitimate interests, for operating and securing the site and for responding to inquiries you initiate; (c) contract, where processing is necessary to take steps at your request to enter into a contract; and (d) legal obligation, where we are required to retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share personal information only with: (a) service providers who host the site, send email, or provide analytics, each bound by appropriate contractual protections; (b) professional advisers (auditors, counsel, insurers) where necessary; (c) governmental authorities where required by law or legal process; and (d) acquirers or successors in the event of a corporate transaction affecting T3RRA, subject to equivalent protections.

5. International transfers

T3RRA is a remote-first organization and some of our service providers are located outside your country of residence. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by applicable law.

6. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Inquiry and form-submission data is retained for a reasonable period to allow follow-up and, where applicable, to satisfy record-keeping obligations.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@t3rra.co. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

8. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. To report a vulnerability, use the process at /security.

9. Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email privacy@t3rra.co and we will take appropriate action.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, display a banner on the site for a reasonable period.

11. Contact
